Principal Bio

Dr. Amanda Roberts began her career in Crandall ISD as a teacher in 2008 and has continued serving the district in a variety of leadership roles ever since. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2008, her master’s degree in Educational Administration in 2012, and her doctorate in Supervision, Curriculum, and Instruction from East Texas A&M University in May 2026.

Most recently, Dr. Roberts served as Crandall ISD’s Director of Communications and Special Projects, where she gained valuable experience supporting district operations, communication, and strategic initiatives. She is excited to return to a campus leadership role, where she can be present with students and staff and remain closely connected to teaching and learning each day.

Dr. Roberts is honored to serve as principal of Martin Elementary and looks forward to growing together with students, staff, families, and the Martin community.
